Be The Village for Kids Inc. bridges this gap by providing "Care Packages" to local school-aged children and their families. To inspire lifelong health and self-sufficiency, each box includes a curated family recipe card with matching ingredients, alongside a starter plant (like a seed potato) and easy planting instructions to begin their own harvest!

We are looking for volunteers who want to see children live up to their full potential by helping them learn skills that can give them hope for a brighter future. Skills like reading, gardening, ABA, SLP, math and so much more. Retired teachers with a passion for helping kids learn? Been growing food the way your grandparents showed you and ready to pass it to the next generation? Want to come and read a book to small children for Storytime? Not every family has a village to support and guide them.
